From the author: The latest version of Android allows for these, App Shortcuts, when you long press an app icon. Since we don’t have it enabled on Android app yet, I figured I’d at least create a motion comp.

Nothing sophisticated in the animation but I’ve made the PRD and Sketch file available for download.
